Kartre has been sourcing and developing sites and conversions since 2015 with a vision of ensuring the end product becomes somebody’s dream home. Our builds are not mass produced, we focus on an individual site and treat it as though it’s our own.

We pay great attention to detail and ensure that the builds are energy efficient and low maintenance. Products are always sourced locally where possible.

Dafydd has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry. He thrives on modern design and materials and technologies but also respects past historical periods and how they can be sensitively and tastefully be redefined.
