Kartre announce their first speculative housing site

We are excited to announce the acquisition of our first speculative housing site.  The prime development of 2 stunning, 4 bedroom homes on the edge of Llanbedr DC overlooking Ruthin and surrounding areas. The site was granted planning permission in 2006 but Kartre have gone back to the drawing board for a revised look fit for modern living.  We intend to commence on site end of January 2017.

We are more than happy to take early enquiries and plan to have both properties ready for occupation this August.

Kartre’s vision for its new speculative housing is:
