Kartre nominated for regional award

Denbighshire County Council’s Building Control Department have nominated Kartre for an award at the North Wales Building Excellence Awards.  We’re in the ‘Best Small Developer’ category for the 2 stunning properties which we built at Llanbedr D.C during 2017.  The timber framed properties were constructed over a 7 month build and the first property was occupied some weeks later.

Under floor heating, air-source heat-pump and a full sprinkler system add to the contemporary and modern look to these properties.

The awards night will take place in April and we’ll let you know how we get on.
