New Llanbedr houses named.

We are pleased to say that Denbighshire have agreed to the names that Kartre have chosen for the new build properties at Llanbedr.

At Kartre, we always research and try to give our developments names rather than numbers and also a name which has a sense of place and relevance.

For plot one (nearest the stream) we have chosen the name ‘Nant Pedr’ which is Welsh for ‘Peter’s Brook’, this relates to the small brook that runs through the plot and St Peter which is in the village name.

For plot two we have chosen ‘Y Berllan’ which is welsh for ‘The Orchard’ reflecting the adjacent fruit trees.

We propose to complete the development by the beginning of August and are now taking enquiries.
