The Coppice Update: Sandstone Work is Underway!

It’s exciting to share a new update from ‘The Coppice’ in Thornton Hough, where quarried sandstone is now being expertly laid by our skilled stone masons.

This stage is one of the most exciting, as the exterior of the home begins its transformation, moving from a clean-lined timber structure to a distinguished, characterful but contemporary property.

Our choice of sandstone is central to the design philosophy of ‘The Coppice.’ We specifically selected a stone many weeks in advance, ensuring its colour and texture perfectly match the rich, historical red sandstone vernacular of the Wirral area. This is a feature seen in many of the gorgeous properties nearby.

Yet, while the material is authentic to the locality, it is being cut and dressed in a crisp, contemporary manner. This thoughtful design approach achieves a timeless, bespoke finish that honours the area’s heritage while offering the sleek elegance expected in a luxury new build.
