This £1,000,000 Extension and refurbishment was completed on time and well within budget. This involved a large extension to house new offices, pay desks and a large indoor sale room.
The original café and kitchen was taken out and relocated to house a new commercial kitchen and large customer dining area.
Kartre were approached by the client to help deliver a full project management package from commencement to completion. This included a review, recommendation and implementation of saving proposals with the original specification without compromising on quality.
Working closely with the client vast savings were identified and achieved, full site supervision and subcontractor appointment was part of the service as well as implementing additional items such as commercial kitchen installations, introduction of 200kw biomass chip boiler.
The end result is an exceptional building offering a quality environment for staff and customers new and old, giving the client what is needed to sustain and grow their customer base.
